Objectives and Results
  • Enabling Ukrainian flat owners to take on full responsibility for the maintenance of their homes.
  • Improving the quality and lifespan of multi-family buildings (panel flat condominiums) which would otherwise continue to deteriorate
  • To establish new home-owners associations (known as Resident Condominium Co-owners Union’s; RCCU’s) able to create and implement realistic long-term maintenance and investment plans.
